Tirana, September 2, 2014 The Coalition for Free and Fair Elections and Sustainable Democracy started the Training of Trainers cycle based on the framework of the project "Survey on Health Centers in Albania". Through these training sessions KZLN aims to prepare a group of trainers adapted with proper knowledge and able to train the observers. In the training sessions there are also local coordinators for each county involved.
This project is supported by ASSIST Impact through USAID funds. Through these trainings, KZLN team aims to introduce the project, the current stage of implementation and the trainee's role in it. The issues that will be covered during the training are:
- What is domestic monitoring and how it will work. The methodology used in monitoring the PHCC.
- Responsibilities of observation and deadlines.
- Information on legal and administrative procedures of PHCC functioning and patient rights.
- On completion of the main questionnaire survey, the form of complaints and Critical incident forms. Day of monitoring features.
Trainings are based on the manual titled "Observation of Primary Health Care Centers", prepared by CFFE Team.
Training sessions will take place on September 2nd, 3rd and 5th in the premises of KZLN office.
