CFFESD deployed 1000 impartial stationary observers to a random and a representative sample for the country nationwide as well as for the municipalities of Tirana, Shkodër and Durrës. CFFESD's qualitative data is reliable with a 95 % confidence interval, within margin of error (MoE) +/- 4 % nationwide, +/- 5 % for Tirana, +/- 5 % for Durrës and +/- 5 % for Shkodra. CFFESD's response rate from the national sample was 100%, while for the selected municipalities of Tirana, Durrës and Shkodër, the response rate was more than 95%. Missing data was proportionally distributed throughout the country and therefore does not compromise the reliability of data.

Press Release - CFFESD presents the preliminary report on Election Day of 21 June 2015
Tirana, 22June, 09:30hrs– The Coalition for Free and Fair Elections and Sustainable Democracy (CFFESD) presented the preliminary report with findings related to Election Day processes and reflecting the situation in all Voting Centers in the country.
"Based on information received from the CFFESD non – partisan observers, there were no important procedural mistakes/violations during the Election Day processes: opening of Voting Centers, voting and closing procedures" – said Ms. Mirela Arqimandriti, CFFESD Team Leader.
"CFFESD is concerned regarding the fact that during the opening procedures, in 17% of the cases Voting Center commissioners didn't distribute the copy of the seal log to political party observers"– said Mr. Dhimitër Gjodede, CFFESD analyst.
